My biometrics shows completed on the same day as I gave my biometric to service canada. My tracker says background is in process. But no change in eligibility.

Hello, can you please get in touch I am also waiting for my file to be processed , biometric request you gave has been marked completed on gc key and tracker? or does it still show in progress , I gave my biometric on 28th July , gc key still shows we need fingerprints and in tracker it still shows in progress , along with b/c in progress? is it the same for you ?
